Over optimization is not good for seo.just do quality post and try to good way building backlinks but remind should be your blog content regularly updated...google penguin target those websites which are over optimized, or have keyword stuffing and involve in spamming.

If you website is not visible in other search engine as well, then Google dance is certainly not the reason. I also believe that over optimization of your website has resulted in this situation. Over-optimization involves wrong usage of major keywords. Using keywords beyond the standard keyword density is unethical. It makes no sense in the SEO world. Another thing falls into the category of over optimization is link spamming. Online marketers tend to collect number of backlinks for their site without checking the relevancy and quality. Please avoid doing this.
