Link to a spot further down on the page?

    Hi there...

I'm currently trying to design a website for a writing community and well my html knowledge is extremely basic!
However there is one thing I have absolutely no idea how to do:
How can I link to a spot further down on the page - like for a FAQ section?
it would be wonderful if someone could help me out here

    luv

    To create the link:

    <a href="http://www.mypage.com#bottom">Go to the bottom</a>

Then at the point where you want to go:

<a name="bottom">Here is the place you want to be</a>

I just used "bottom" for the example, you can use whatever you want, just use something different for each link you want to create.
