Pciture Problems with Netscape and Opera

I am having a problem with an image displaying in Netscape, namely, it won't. It is a .gif. Does Nescape not show gifs?

Also, I am having a problem with the same gif and Opera. The Opera browser takes the left half of the pic and display it in the right half, and it takes the right half of the pic and displays it in the left half. It makes for a very interesting picture!

Any help would be appreciated.
