You own the servers now...? So you don't rent via HostingDepartment any more?

Have you cleared you act up since December/January when you have the 68 hour downtime and then 3 days later you have a 12 hour downtime?

They dont have there servers from us now, I think they rent a VPS from x1services.com *from what I heard*.

Actually we had 2 vps from them but do not use them for our services. Our services are based on ev1server's rented by us. We are no longer with hostingdepartment as you know a2host of the downtime. The VPS are for my personal use only.
