Question about MSPaint 7

Hi, I used to recolor sprites, using MSPaint's Mouse2 Eraser thing, where it would replace the color you have selected in the "First Color" box with the color selected in the "Second Color" box. I've upgraded to Windows 7, and I've found that this no longer works. Is there any way to do this, because it's much harder to recolor using the Fill tool, than the eraser trick in MSPaint.
