Computer changes the IP, everyday !

Hi,

I have a broadband connection and I found that the connection changes the IP address on everyday basis. Should I ask for a static IP to the provider, would they charge me extra?

Yes of course whenever we use internet connection all the time when connection establish after disconnection it genrate dynamic IP for any system .If you want static IP you have to pay extra charges to that purticular service provider . thanks.

Maybe, I think its depend on service provider. They can charge extra for static IP.

It's mean dynamic IP Address..
You get the problem if you would to make your own PC as a server..
Server can't using dynamic IP Address...

It would be better if you pay extra for static IP address to avoid such problem..
