Decent server is looked for ...

I'm looking for a decent server at low prices and there are two hosts - hostingsource.com and yougottohaveithosting.co.za - which are able to satisfy all my needs, so which way is better to sign up with and why?

I usually don't recommend but you should 100% go with hostingsource.com and their dedicated server hosting services.
Their technical support is outstanding - support tickets tend to get a response within minutes, which usually resolves the problem.

I know dcxv.com is a good place for getting Cheap server in Europe packages.
Although they’re prices aren’t the absolute best, you get your money’s worth. The features they offer are nearly endless.

Frankly speaking I was impressed by centohost.com and their dedicated hosting packages. Pricing is quite good compared to other hosts.
The thing that really has impressed me is the willingness of the support staff to take the time to explain things to a newbie who asks very basic questions.

Now I think of using dedicated server from a trustworthy host and two hosts are in my mind - webhostingbuzz.com and hostsailor.com.
Which one them is the best from your point of view?

How long has the web host been in business? Have they changed management/ ownership in that time or, more importantly, recently?

I would recommend you to deal with time-tested and trusted hosting brands like warez-host.com
Their pricing is also extremely fair, especially when considering their reliability, service and support.

Thanks to superbithost.com and I highly recommend this host!
The speed of my websites has been amazing since I switched from my old host and that was the main factor that made me want to switch in the first place.
I haven't experienced any downtime at all so far.

    A2hosting.com servers are worth trying.
Their servers are fully-redundant, scalable and flexible, control panel is usable and has web master-friendly interface and prices are not high.
